Delivery & Returns


All our orders are sent either via Royal Mail or DPD Next Day.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. Orders placed Friday through to Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday.

From your Order Basket, you will get a choice of delivery service with an accurate price. 


We also offer a small items option which is £2.99 and is a standard 2-3 day service.


When using DPD you have the option to leave special delivery instructions such as "leave with next door". 

Please note, it is your responsibility should your request result in a failed or lost delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery after an unsuccessful 2nd attempt, the order will be forwarded to a pickup depot (local to you) where it will be held for 7 days.

If the order is not collected within the 7 days it will be returned to us at a cost, which will then be deducted from any refunds. If you wish to have the order resent, shipping fees will apply.

We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.





We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of returning your item(s) and we strongly advise using a tracked delivery method. Beautico are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit when being returned.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

All sale items are final.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
